Passive & Active Fire Protection
Offering both Passive and Active Fire Protection services, we can dramatically improve the safety of buildings and ensure full compliance with regulations and standards. In addition to fire detection, sprinkler and smoke control systems, we provide fire stopping of our own services installation, and existing builders work holes, as well as the design, supply and installation of fire doors.
Renewable Technologies
We have vast experience and knowledge in the supply and installation of low carbon and renewable technologies. Our portfolio includes air source heat pumps, solar hot water and photovoltaic systems to name a few. We assist design teams and end users in definition of a system scope and considerations around energy generation to ensure the right solution is being offered. Furthermore our detailed commissioning and training exercises ensure the end user has full control and understanding of their systems.
Design & Build
Our managers and engineers have varied backgrounds and experiences, be it on the tools or as design engineer consultants. This allows us to offer a robust design and build service, working with the client from inception through to installation, commissioning and handover.
Pre Construction
The earlier we can become involved in a project, the better. Involvement in the early planning, coordination, and design development of building services before physical work begins on site allows us to meet the stakeholders, understand a project's needs and requirements and offer our expertise and experience to help steer the correct solution for the project.
During the pre construction phase we will review drawings and specifications, identify potential clashes between systems, confirm equipment selections, and develop installation strategies. The process ensures systems are fully coordinated with the building structure and architecture, helping to reduce risks, improve efficiency, control costs, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations before construction starts.
Site Management
Our project success is dependent on quality management, a duty that is owned by our Project Managers and Project Directors. By planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities that occur on site, we ensure that projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Servicing & Validations
Through inspection, commissioning, functional testing, and documentation, we ensure that all building systems are installed, tested, and operating according to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This important process supports building performance, occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and compliance and ensures systems are performing reliably, efficiently, and safely under operational conditions.
Commissioning & Testing
We implement a structured commissioning process, beginning with pre-commissioning inspections; installations, terminations, integrity, cleanliness, performance and output of existing services. This allows us to identify any performance anomalies ahead of working on a system, in order to inform the scope of works. We continue to test and commission during installation, through to the final post commissioning, ahead of finally recording and documenting all results as part of the handover information.
