A Word from Our Directors
Pat Margetson
Pat founded Instia in 2013, having previously worked as an electrician and project manager.

From my early days as an electrician I had ambitions of managing a practice that offered turn key services solutions to buildings, and the pride and satisfaction I get from seeing well completed projects still continues to grow."
Ed James
Ed joined Instia in 2024 having previously worked in MEP design and tier one contracting.
