This project provided a new independent school in London for Ecole Jeannine Manuel UK. The new school will offer a bilingual curriculum with pupils taught both English and French, and will be providing primary education to circa 500-550 pupils. The Ecole will grow the pupil numbers on an incremental basis year on year with the first year's intake in the region of 200-300 pupils.

 

The project was a fully design and build M&E scheme by Instia from inception to completion.

 

The works included new electrical mains and submain distrubution systems throughout all buildings, new lighting, small power, data, fire alarm, intuder alarm, CCTV, audio visual, a new gas heating system, replacing all boilers, pipework, heat emmitance and controls. New hot and cold water system and a new VRF comfort cooling system to the Bedford Avenue buildings and fully mechanically ventilated Science block also in the Bedford Avenue mews building.
