A new build extention and refurbishement project with main contractor Built Offsite Ltd.

We delivered a full design and build M&E scheme, allowing for sectional completion and partial occupation to certain areas.

The projects build team including Instia, all worked safely and efficiently around school staff and pupils to complete this project on time.

The refurbishment works including a new commercial kitchen, took place in the 6 weeks summer holidays. We delivered the project on programme ready for the school to open in September. Completing the 150m refurbishment section on a tight timescale and on budget.

Services include new heating, hot and cold water services, light, small power, fire alarm, intruder alarm and access control.
