A new build school project with main contractor Built Offsite Ltd.

We delivered a fully design and build M&E scheme, allowing for sectional completion and partial occupation to fit with the schools calendar.

The projects build team, including Instia, all worked safely and efficiently around school staff and pupils to complete this project within the programme.

Services include new VRF heating and cooling, hot and cold water services, lighting, small power, fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, photovoltaic system and data/comms systems.
